FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long do small groups typically run for?
Our small groups typically follow a semester schedule and run between 8-10 weeks in the fall and then again in the winter/spring.
How do I find the small group that’s right for me?
First: pray. Ask God to reveal what area or group would be best for you. Then review the different descriptions for each group and contact the different group leaders for more details to help you make the best decision about a group.
I am unable to attend every meeting for a group. Am I still able to sign up?
Perfect attendance is not a requirement; however, with certain groups or studies you may find that you miss out on too much content if you are unable to attend every meeting. Talk to the different group leaders to find out what the suggested commitment is for their group.
Does every group follow the same format?
Every group follows a list of standards aimed at helping every member achieve a better understanding of God’s word, experience a deeper relationship with Him, and build an environment of growth through accountability. Though the standards apply to every group, the format for each one varies depending on category and leader.
I feel called to start a small group but I don’t know where to start.
