Walking with God while He works on you

You are on a journey. Whether it’s felt like it or not, God has always been there, every step, every triumph, every challenge, every relationship, and every tear. Find your walk with God transform from subliminal to intentional as you actively engage in and experience the joy of His presence through some of our helpful and impactful programs.

SPIRITUAL

“God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24

Being made in the image of God, you are a spirit being. Though we spend most of our life attending to our physical needs, most of us neglect to take care of our spiritual nature. Here are some helpful
programs where you can experience restoration, healing, hope, and joy along your spiritual journey.
  • Know God in a new way and experience His love as you move toward a more mature life in Christ
  • Better understand God’s written word and His truth within it
  • Start a journey towards healing from loss
    • Join us for GriefShare, a nondenominational program with biblical concepts for healing from your grief.

RELATIONAL

“And let us consider one another in order to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day approaching.” Hebrews 10:24-25

God designed you for community. Did you ever notice that God’s answer to Adam’s aloneness wasn’t more of Himself, but rather a life companion? You have many relationships in your life and each one is an opportunity for healing, growth, and bringing God glory. Check out this list of opportunities for God to move in the different relationships in your life.
  • Experience growth in community with other Christ-followers
  • Do the things you love with people you love
  • Strengthen your marriage or relationship with your children
  • Transform your relationships through better communication

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Still looking for more info?  Check out these questions and let us know if you still have questions.

Do I need to be a member of ACC to attend Pure Heart?

You do not have to be a member of ACC to attend, however, the Pure Heart Journey is that: a journey. It requires commitment and openness that doesn’t just happen over a weekend. If you are visiting or unable to make a long-term commitment, we have some classes that can still benefit you in your knowledge of and walk with God. Contact us HERE to find out which class options would be best for you.

How do I find out which small group or event is right for me?

First: pray. Ask God to reveal the area or aspect of your life He desires for you to
work on now. Then, review the descriptions of the different groups, programs, and events to see which ones seem like the best fit and contact each leader of those groups to talk more and figure out which would be of the most benefit to you.

I consider myself to be a mature Christian. Do I still need 1-on-1 discipleship?

As Christians we should be actively being discipled, or discipling someone else. Learn more about our 1-on-1 discipleship program and what role might be best for you by visiting our 1-on-1 Discipleship page

I missed a specific event. Do you hold each of the events year-round?

Some events, studies, and seminars are on a rotating schedule while others are based on the amount of interest, we receive for it. If you missed a certain event or study and would like to be added to the waitlist for the next one, contact us HERE

I’m concerned about attending a specific group. Is there counseling available instead?

Depending on your needs we do have counseling available. Visit our Counseling page (not available yet) to contact us and we can see how best to assist you.

I’m new to the Christian faith. Where is the best place for me to start?
