Local outreach is essential to the spiritual health of our community.  Anthem Community Church has partnered with local outreach programs that strive to bring help and healing to the Las Vegas/ Henderson communities.  
Supporting global missions has always been a core value at Anthem Community Church.  We've been blessed to to able to partner with some amazing organizations that we believe to share the same value of sharing the love, truth, grace that is Jesus Christ.

Sunshine Kits for Homeless Youth 

Thank you to all those that supported our snack drive by bringing drinks, snacks and treats to a Sunday service. The 60+ Ministry was able to come together and assemble over 500 Sunshine bags. Each bag was a collection of those snacks and a positive note. Upon delivery, the bags immediately began impacting those seeking resources from the Nevada Partnership of Homeless Youth in our valley.

Casa de Luz (House of Light) is a Christian community resource center located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas’s Gateway Neighborhood (Also known as the Naked City).
Connecting the homeless people in our valley to Jesus; and through that connection their lives will be changed and we can help them find employment and living arrangements.
Feeding the hungry, helping the poor and homeless and offering hope in Jesus' name.
The mission of Club Christ is to empower urban youth to transform their communities for Christ, primarily through Learning Centers in local apartment complexes.
Fostering Hope desires to lead by example in serving and loving foster children and foster families in Clark County, with the goal of having families waiting on children instead of children waiting on families.
People that volunteer their time to maintain trails, restore habitat, educate the community, and have fun!
We take the church to the streets! Our goal is to meet our friends who sleep outside that are not close to services such as free meals, shelters and counseling. We are all about building relationships and then being able to speak into their lives about the promises that God has given us all.
Helping hard-working individuals and families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter and the belief that everyone should have access to the benefits of homeownership. HFH partners with families to build simple, decent and affordable housing.
We assist families and individuals throughout Southern Nevada to overcome barriers and attain self-sufficiency through direct services, training and referral to community resources.
Ministry work based on the simple act of love of “fishing” for people who are looking for a way out of the dark waters of sex trafficking they are drowning in.
The Las Vegas Rescue Mission exists to serve those in need through food, shelter, daily needs and addiction recovery, offering hope to individuals and families through Jesus Christ.
Refuge for Women is a national faith-based organization providing a residential healing and recovery program for survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation to receive safe housing, counseling, life and work skills development.
Serving Our Kids Foundation provides weekend meals to kids in Southern Nevada who would otherwise go hungry.
Street Teens is dedicated to assisting homeless, abandoned, and at-risk youth in the Las Vegas Valley. Our primary goal is to meet the needs of our youth by providing essential wraparound services in a compassionate environment.
In Las Vegas, Teen Challenge enables recovery so men can live free and fulfill their God-given purpose in life. The Men’s Center is a crisis, intern, and re-entry program for men who need long-term care.
Three Square’s mission is to provide wholesome food to hungry people, while passionately pursuing a hunger-free community. We combine food banking (warehousing canned and boxed goods), food rescue (obtaining surplus or unused meats, bread, dairy and produce from hospitality and grocery outlets), and ready-to-eat meals.
Bringing restoration to women affected by the sex industry and empowering them to live their true identity.
Serving those who have served with respect & dignity.
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at UNLV is an evangelical college campus ministry consisting of students and faculty who have a desire to grow in their faith, share the love of Jesus on campus, and have fun together in community.

Iberoamerican Ministries

IAM is a church planting and compassion based organization working to see peoples, communities and nations transformed by Christ, through the global movements of Kingdom disciples. Working in South America, West Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, IAM’s goal is to see disciples of Christ rise up and continue extending His kingdom to other parts of the world. Since 1992 IAM has worked using dynamic discipleship techniques and a variety of compassion and education projects to see this goal come alive. Lindsey Gray with AIM AIR

Lindsey Gray is a missionary pilot in Kenya providing the life line required to support the local missionaries that AIM AIR serves. AIM AIR provides supplies, transportation, medevac and emergency services to Christian missionaries deployed in remote parts of Central and East Africa. She lives and serves in Nairobi, Kenya and flies her aircraft in support of the great commission in Africa.

Do I need to be a member of ACC to help serve? 

No membership is required, all who are able can serve. We have all levels, abilities and capabilities of support available. 

How do I sign up for an upcoming service project?

Sign-ups will take place Sunday 10.2, 10/9 and 10/16 after each church service in the courtyard at Anthem Community Church. Projects are first come, first serve; so if one tugs on your heart strings please be present on 10/2 to sign-up. 

Are there any requirements needed in order to volunteer in Service & Outreach?

No minimum requirements and we can find a place for everyone. Each projects may have some minimum requirements such as age restrictions or physical abilities needed to accomplish however we have projects and spots for everyone! 

I’m just visiting. Am I still able to volunteer?

Yes, please join us on Saturday, October 22 and bring your friends. Everyone is welcome to join.
